Who is responsible
The prokorea.trading website is operated by PROKOREA (프로코리아), Republic of Korea, CEO LIAN NIKOLAI, business registration number 501-04-52727. For any question about personal data, write to gidpokoree@naver.com.
What the website collects
The website has no forms, sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not receive your name, phone number or e-mail through it.
Technical logs
Like any web server, ours automatically records technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the requested address and browser type. These logs keep the site running and protected, are not used to identify you and are kept for a limited time. The hosting and attack-protection services may set technical cookies needed to filter malicious traffic.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies of its own and does not use analytics, ad counters or social media pixels. The hosting and attack-protection service may set technical cookies needed to filter malicious traffic; they are not used for advertising. So that the cookie notice does not come back, your browser remembers that you closed it (an entry in your browser's localStorage, not a cookie; you can clear it in the browser settings). If we add analytics, the website will ask for your consent first. The one exception is the contact widget in the car catalogue, described under “Car catalogue and other websites”.
When you contact us
If you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or e-mail, we receive what you choose to share: your name, contact details and what car you are looking for. We use it to reply, source a car and fulfil the contract. We share it only when an order requires it (for example, with a carrier or customs agent) or when the law requires it. Messengers process conversations under their own rules.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent by writing to gidpokoree@naver.com. We process data in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (PIPA).
Car catalogue and other websites
In the car catalogue (prokorea.trading/ru/korea), the messenger buttons are shown by a widget from the third-party service yourgood.app. The widget sets its own cookies in your browser and collects statistics on its use under that service's rules. Your list of favourite cars is kept only in your browser (localStorage) and never reaches us. Messengers and other linked websites follow their own privacy policies.
